欢迎使用 CatchUp。我们重视你的隐私。本政策说明本应用如何处理与隐私相关的信息。
1. 我们收集哪些信息
- 你创建的内容：联系人姓名、公司、职位、电话、邮箱、跟进频率、互动记录与备注等，保存在你的设备本地；若启用 Apple iCloud，可在你自己的设备之间同步。
- 我们不运营自建业务服务器来存储你的联系人与跟进内容，因此开发者无法像传统账号系统那样在自有后台查看你的数据。
- 通讯录：仅在你主动使用「从设备导入」并点选某一联系人时，通过系统 ContactPicker 读取你选中的信息；我们不会申请完整通讯录读写权限，也不会写回系统通讯录。
- 订阅与支付：由 Apple App Store / StoreKit 处理（上架后）。我们无法获取你的完整银行卡等支付敏感信息。
- 诊断信息（如有）：若你通过系统向 Apple 或开发者反馈崩溃等问题，可能包含设备型号、系统版本等技术信息，仅用于排查问题。
2. 信息如何使用
上述信息仅用于提供产品功能，包括：人脉跟进提醒、互动记录、本地通知、数据导出（如 PDF）等。我们不会出售你的个人内容。本应用不接入第三方分析 SDK。
3. 权限说明
- 通知：用于在约定的跟进时间提醒你。你可以随时在系统设置中关闭。
- 通讯录（受限）：仅用于你主动挑选并导入单个联系人，不会扫描或上传整个通讯录。
4. 第三方服务
本应用依赖 Apple 提供的能力与服务，例如：App Store、StoreKit、iCloud / CloudKit（如已启用）、系统通知、ContactsUI 等。这些服务受 Apple 相关政策约束。
5. 数据存储、同步与删除
- 内容默认存储在你的设备；开启 iCloud 后，同步至你的 Apple 账户对应的 iCloud 私有数据。
- 你可以在 App 内删除联系人与互动记录；也可通过删除 App、管理 iCloud 存储等方式移除相关数据。
- 删除 App 内联系人不会删除或修改系统通讯录中的对应条目。
- 取消订阅请在 Apple ID 的订阅管理中操作。
6. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

我们可能适时更新本政策。更新后会在本页面调整「更新日期」。继续使用即表示你知悉更新后的内容。

CatchUp 以「现状」提供，用于个人跟进提醒。订阅与退款规则以 Apple App Store 为准。使用本应用即表示你同意遵守适用的 Apple 媒体服务条款，并自行对你录入的内容负责。
Introduction
Welcome to CatchUp. We respect your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles privacy-related information.
1. Information We Handle
- Content you create: contact names, company, title, phone, email, follow-up frequency, interaction history and notes are stored on your device and may sync across your devices via Apple iCloud when enabled.
- No self-operated content server: we do not run our own backend to store your contacts or follow-up content, so we cannot browse your data on a private server like a traditional account system.
- Contacts: only when you use “Import from Device” and explicitly pick a contact via the system ContactPicker. We do not request full address-book read/write access, and we never write back to your system Contacts.
- Subscriptions & payments: processed by the Apple App Store / StoreKit (after release). We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Diagnostics (if any): crash or feedback reports may include technical details such as device model and OS version, used only for troubleshooting.
2. How Information Is Used
Information is used solely to provide product features such as follow-up reminders, interaction logging, local notifications, and data export (e.g. PDF). We do not sell your personal content. The app does not include third-party analytics SDKs.
3. Permissions
- Notifications: used to remind you at scheduled follow-up times. You can turn this off in system settings at any time.
- Contacts (limited): used only when you actively pick and import a single contact; we do not scan or upload your entire address book.
4. Third-Party Services
The app relies on Apple services and frameworks, including the App Store, StoreKit, iCloud / CloudKit (when enabled), system notifications, and ContactsUI. Those services are governed by Apple’s policies.
5. Storage, Sync, and Deletion
- Content is stored on your device by default; with iCloud enabled, it syncs to private iCloud data associated with your Apple ID.
- You may delete contacts and interactions in the app, or remove related data by deleting the app / managing iCloud storage.
- Deleting a contact inside CatchUp does not delete or modify the corresponding entry in your system Contacts.
- To cancel a subscription, manage it in your Apple ID subscription settings.
6. Children’s Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will be revised accordingly.

9. Terms of Use (Summary)
CatchUp is provided “as is” for personal follow-up reminders. Subscriptions and refunds are governed by the Apple App Store. By using the app, you agree to applicable Apple Media Services Terms and are responsible for the content you enter.
